Day Three: the health kick!

Yes; Success! My new Zoggs have arrived from England. After much delay (notably by me not doing anything for a few years) and progressive regression in the excellent fortuitous health stamp I have had, it is time to

  • increase cardio-vascular capacity
  • decrease weight
  • make my muscles stronger to hold up my chest and body
  • enhance digestion and 'through put'

So - the initial plan is 3 times a week; either in the morning (6am) or if I don't make that, then immediately after work - down to the pool, togs on, zoggs on, legs kicking, arms flicking.

Woooo whooo!
